The completely renovated Insi Club has an entertainment programme with a wide range of activities and games directed by Insotel Team, a great team of professionals accompanied by our mascot. Insi Club is organised by in following age groups.

• Insi Miniclub for children aged 4 to 6.
• Insi Maxiclub for children aged 7 to 12.

• HOUSE RULES

  •       Whilst taking part in activities, parents must remain within the Resort.

  •       The Insi Club will not accept children who are not accompanied by an adult.

  •       Children must wear comfortable clothing, a hat, shoes and have sun cream already applied.

  •       For water-based activities, it is recommended that children arrive at the activity wearing a swimsuit, carrying a towel and bringing armbands (if necessary).

  •       If a child decides they do not wish to take part in the scheduled activity, the Insi Club team will contact the parents to collect him/her.

  •       The Insi Club will only accept children in perfect health.

  •       The Insi Club team is not authorised to administer any kind of medication to children.

  •       To ensure smooth organisation and the children’s enjoyment, it is essential to strictly adhere to the arrival and departure times for Insi Club activities.

  •       Children must be collected no later than 5 minutes after the end of the activity. Failure to do so will result in the child being barred from re-enrolling in Insi Club activities.

  •       Inappropriate behaviour will result in permanent exclusion from the Insi Club.

  •       Insotel Hotel Group accepts no liability for the loss or damage of items and belongings belonging to children.

  REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

  •       It is essential to complete the form to register your child for any activity; you must provide all the information requested. To ensure your children’s safety, please note that parents or guardians must present a photo ID.

  •       IMPORTANT: please ensure that your telephone number and room number are correct; specify any allergies or chronic conditions; and indicate who will be collecting the child if this person is not the registered parent.

  •       Registration is subject to availability. To ensure everyone is satisfied, in Mallorca and Menorca, each child may register for a maximum of two activities per day.

  •       The information provided on the form will be deleted when the hotel closes at the end of the season.

  •       Parents guarantee that the information provided is correct and truthful.

  •       Groups are divided by age. For each group, we offer two activities in the morning and two in the afternoon.

  •       • GROUPS: MINI CLUB 4–6                    MAXI/JUNIOR CLUB 7–12

  •       OPENING HOURS: 6 days a week – 1 day closed (please check with the Insotel team  on arrival).

  •       Groups are divided by age. For each group, we offer two activities in the morning and two in the afternoon.

  •       • GROUPS: MINI CLUB 4–6                    MAXI/JUNIOR CLUB 7–12

  •       OPENING HOURS: 6 days a week – 1 day closed (please check with the Insotel team  on arrival).

• Children attending the Insi Club must be clean. 
• Pick up the toys and put them away. 
• Ask for things politely. 
• Listen, don't interrupt. 
• Do not shout. 
• Discuss conflict situations. 
• Collaborate with your companions. 
• Children may not bring valuables, such as mobile phones, electronic games, watches, bracelets, medals, chains ... 
• Children may not bring food or treats of any kind, or toys or other objects that may be lost, broken or be dangerous or harmful to other children. 
• To promote the children’s freedom in activities carried out with clay, finger paint, plasticine, etc., Insi Club recommends that children come to the centre wearing clothes and shoes that can get dirty. 
• If a child behaves inappropriately or disrupts the group, the Insi Club staff will notify the parents or guardians to take charge of them, which may lead to them being expelled from the centre. 

• If the child is allergic to any food or medicine, they must notify the person in charge of the Insi Club in writing. 
• Insi Club will not administer medication to children, under any circumstances. 
• Insi Club will not admit children with high temperatures or infectious diseases. If, once at Insi Club, the child becomes feverish or feels unwell, the parents or guardians will be asked to pick them up. 
• Many Insi Club activities take place outside, so children wear a hat, a T-shirt and sun protection, and for the water activities they must bring a swimsuit and a towel. 
• Parents or guardians must indicate the children's swimming level when registering for Insi Club water activities. 
• Parents or guardians must remain in the hotel facilities while the children participate in the Insi Club activities. 

The data provided by parents or guardians will be stored in a database whose purpose is limited exclusively to the Insi Club activity. They will not be used for purposes other than those authorized.
